Formulate retail and project sales strategy for assigned territory or products, and develop business targets, forecast, budget and manpower plans.
Works within the guidelines of the project quotation and the retail volume driver program to assist distributors in increasing revenue growth and meet sales target.
Lead the sales team to call on developers and project management teams, architects contractors to promote and specify full line products to residential and hospitality project segments.
Provide budgetary pricing and direct negotiation with various project stakeholders to ensure it meet the project budget.
Coordinate and implement presentations to above stakeholders to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of products.
Responsible for driving retail sales revenue, activities and retail promotional programs through distributors showrooms and Experience Center.
Develop and implement a consistent and long-term dealers sales network and assist in assessment and development of this new network.
Understand and monitor Kohlers distributors, dealers, retailers, competitors and other market information.
Advise the company in relation to the termination or increase of the credit limit of distributors, and ensure that all unpaid bill and orders are collected.
Advise on discount policy and /or sales policy and profit-related issues as well as any ideas in relation to increasing the competitiveness of the company.
Review reports of sales team to identify problems that may require personal attention and support.
Provide training and guidance to retail and project sales executives as well as distributors sales team to increase their product knowledge, sales competencies and selling skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
6-8 years or more prior sales management experience with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
Strong contaction with developers, general contractors, architects, interior designers, and key end users
Experience in managing cross-functional teams is required
Strong presentation skill, communication skill and good analytical skill
Mature, self-driven and result-oriented
