Work as Recovery Manager and join any critical incident call within 5 min of CIM engagement.

Lead recovery management process and bring resolution by engaging respective L3s and Tower Heads.

Support roll-in & roll-out of IT equipment in Data Centre.

Support Data Centre racks and power ceeform installation.

Support all 1st level support for all critical areas to the HCL infrastructure Major support stacks that were transitioned over: (VMware, UNIX, Intel, Network, storage, switchs Operations and Critical Incident Management.)

Data Centre physical security and access control management.

Support all power, connectivity and redundancy for Data Centre installations activities

Support Immediate response to any ticket alerting due to hardware issues


Job Requirement: 
Hands on with DC infrastructure environment

Good Experience in 24*7 Operation process & procedures

DC Certification

Experience working with external Vendors

End to End responsible for all DC activity, Tape Rotation, New Build od Cluster, Host and VMs
