Job Description
  • Helping clients to search for the right candidates for vacancies
  • Developing an understanding of your client's requirements, and identify potential candidates through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting
  • Assess candidates' skills through interviews, tests and background checks
  • Make recommendations to your client
  • Identifying and developing new clients / business contacts through cold calling, business visits and other channels.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales target.


Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
  • CEI qualification
  • 1 - 2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
  • Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve targets.
  • Extroverted personality
