Job Description
  • Making sales calls to new and existing clients to obtain new sales orders
  • Assessing clients recruitment needs and proposing possible solutions to assist their recruitment needs
  • Establish strong relationship with clients by securing client appointments and conducting sales presentation together with Unit Leaders
  • Assessing job orders requirements and conducting research for the candidates sourcing
  • Management of candidates database
  • Sourcing of candidates profiles through job portal, in-house database, referrals and etc
  • Managing client and candidates expectation and involve in negotiations
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Min relevant Diploma
  • Possess high energy and positive attitude
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and possess good attitude in learning
  • Structured and able to manage his/her work well
  • Preferably 1-2 years of recruitment sales/account management/Inside Sales experiences will be preferred
  • Preferably CEI Certified
