Job Description
Our client is leading cable and pipe seals solutions manufacturer

Job Description
  • Identify, qualify and prioritize power projects that have influencers (project owners, engineers, contractors or resellers) within the defined region these are the targeted actors 
  • Create and execute project sales plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 
  • Present Companys solutions to all influencing groups within projects via presentations, site visits, installation training, promotion with distributors 
  • Creation of a sales budget and action plan to achieve budget 
  • Perform the full spectrum of the sales cycle including prospecting, cold calling, information gathering, solution proposing and closing.  
  • Documentation of the sales cycle in the Companys CRM system 
  • Established/ develop new customers and business opportunities 
  • Maintaining existing customers. 
  • Provide technical advice relating to company products and application, in order to offer solutions adapted to customers needs 
  • Attend to sales enquiries, provide quotations, evaluate and generate proposals for assigned sales territories 
  • Perform post sales follow-up to ensure customers are satisfied with our company products and services; 
  • Formulate sales strategy and execute it effectively on target markets; 
  • Prepare sales reports, handle after-sales servicing as well as organize and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers 
  • Follow up on technical issue and act as window person between customers and Headquarters 
  • Tender negotiation in the event that the Company is shortlisted. 
  • Maintain the Companys Core Values in regard to the daily work 
  • Show personal accountability 
  • Keep aware of market and customer activities 
  • Maintain awareness of Companys internal policy 
  • Ability to manage long term and complex sales cycles 
  • Ability to work with international and multi-national teams 

Requirements
  • Preferably a degree holder with 5 to 7 years of sales experience direct or via distributors within power, renewable energy industry
