We are looking for a Regional Solution Architect for a Global IT Services company. This will be for their Managed Services customers, overseeing solution architecture for their banking client.
Excellent client-facing experience with a background of working for consultancies and/or system integrators.
Architect technical solutions to Managed Services offerings
Provide POCs demonstrations and presentations
Thorough understanding of customer's business, IT infrastructure, strategy, and industry trends and opportunities.
Experienced with formal presentations of proposals to customers
Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in cloud, managed services, hosting or IT outsourcing businesses and presales
Extensive operational experience supporting Tier 1 and 2 storage arrays.
SAN and fabric design and support
Strong network operations and troubleshooting involving multiple vendor platforms.
This position requires approx. 30% travel

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
