Title: Regional Talent Acquisition Director

Job Description

An excellent opportunity is now available with an established MNC with global footprints and a market leader in the industry. This is a leadership appointment, to helm a sizable team within the Talent Acquisition function. 

As the Talent Acquisition Director for Asia, this individual will oversee key aspects of the recruiting processes especially when the company continues to expand through a recent acquisition. Besides embarking on plans to ramp up the headcount in the countries, this Director will be instrumental in driving the harmonisation activities, defining the processes as well as innovative talent strategies in the respective markets, ensuring the firm continues to sharpen its competitive edge in attracting talent.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of talent acquisition experience with a large, progressive MNC. You have a proven track record in managing direct reports across the region, and technically competent in driving operations and programs around talent attraction.
