Salesperson required by a global IT sales company for an exciting new initiative on behalf of a global IT Vendor. You will be responsible for selling Cloud / IT solutions to customers with the aim of closing business within your territory. This is a phone-based, B2B, IT Sales role. Full training provided. Fluency in English is essential.
This is an initial fixed term 6 month contract with a very high chance of becoming full-time employment.
Experience / Skills Required
Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone and email on a daily basis regarding IT related products
Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and co-workers.
Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential opportunity
Having a general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn about individual systems and products quickly and accurately.
Meeting regular quotas of calls and qualified opportunities. Communicating information about calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients.
Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision. Manage client relationships.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
