Job Description:
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support & product/application troubleshooting 
  • Develop application based customer specific solution concepts 
  • Support end-customers in the planning, installation and start-up phase of projects 
  • Conduct application workshops and trainings for internal and external parties 
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional members to investigate and resolve customer issues 
  • Identify areas of growth for individual products, product segments and markets, and collaborate with marketing, design, and sourcing functions.

  • Customer service focused with a strong desire and ability to assist customers over the telephone, to manage difficult customer situations, and to respond promptly to customer needs and expectations. 
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to market conditions and to meet the needs and expectations of customers. 
  • Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to continuously improve systems and processes. 
  • Demonstrated hands-on ability in analysing, problem solving, and multi-tasking. 
  • Strong attention to details and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner. 
  • Working knowledge of international business environments and experience in cross-cultural communication. 
  • Previous experience in selling and supporting technical products as well as experience with temperature and pressure measurement sensors and instruments is desirable. 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Senior/ Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. 
  • Project management experience is an added advantage 
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
