Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support & product/application troubleshooting
Develop application based customer specific solution concepts
Support end-customers in the planning, installation and start-up phase of projects
Conduct application workshops and trainings for internal and external parties
Collaborate with internal cross functional members to investigate and resolve customer issues
Identify areas of growth for individual products, product segments and markets, and collaborate with marketing, design, and sourcing functions.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Senior/ Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Project management experience is an added advantage

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
