Job Description
  • Ensure the field force implements marketing and sales tactical programs effectively to meet the short and long term business objectives 
  • Drive sales excellence by increasing field force competitiveness in reps assessment, in management of low performers, training program and incentive scheme reviews 
  • Prepare the reps budgets, reports and forecasts and ensure they are presented in a timely manner 
  • Maintain necessary contact with key customers and industry associates to achieve the objectives sales team. 
  • Selection, training and further development of staff 
  • Ensure all the activities of the sales group comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards 
  • Coordinate and give feedback on competitor activities and relevant healthcare policy changes in the market 
  • Directly responsible for coaching of direct reports, implementing their development plans and conducting their performance appraisal discussions. 
  • Optimize field force productivity by ensuring sales associates are targeting the right customers with the right frequency 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science of Business 
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience demonstrating strong sales track record 
  • Sales management experience in leading a small team of at least two associates 
  • Energetic and highly self-driven 
  • High work standards and integrity 
  • Highly customer focused 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
