Job Description
Key Accountabilities 
  • Achieve of profit margin, revenue and contract value targets set for the assigned territories 
  • Increase company’s market share and profitability for assigned territories 
  • Prospect, sell and manage account at strategic levels for selected strategic accounts 
  • Build a motivated team of sales and business development personnel to achieve team results 
  • Contribute towards the RHQ’s strategic plans and implementation
  • Development and management of alliances with partners and vendors 


Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Business Planning & Marketing 
  • Formulates, recommends and implements marketing, sales and account management strategies to increase market share and profitability. 
  • Develops and prepares sales forecast, budget and manpower plans.
  • Plan, Organize and Participate in trade shows, event hosting and marketing events. 
  • Prospecting, Sales and Account Management 
  • Identify and penetrate new, and up-sell and grow share-of-pocket of existing, major accounts. 
  • Pursues prospects, business opportunities and lead in negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales. 
  • Establishes strong and close client relationships with strategic customers. 
  • Assists strategic customers to identify and determine funding agency, budget and time frame. 
  • Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs. 
  • Identifies potential business opportunities. 
  • Supervises and trains sales team to build sales pipelines and achieve sales targets. 
  • Maintains oversights of project development and updates customers on the project status. 
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned 


Financial Accountability
 
  • Sales Target= to be established for Staff
  • Contract Value Target of= to be established for Staff
  • NPV profit Target=to be established for Staff
  • Cost Budget=to be established for Staff 


Minimum Education/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing/ IT

Minimum Years/Type of Experience 
Minimum of 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years of driving business development and good account management/sales experience in interacting with Singapore Government clients, preferably in the Infocomm & Technology industry and be able to work well independently and in a team. Regional IT business development experience. A driver and achiever.
