JD As Below : Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related fields required • 3+ years’ experience in software backend development with Java. • Demonstrated knowledge of databases, such as Hadoop, Mango DB and relational databases • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively. • Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary • Strong attention to detail Responsibilities and Duties: • Implement elastic search on data and files stored in private cloud and data central. • Integrate the search with font-end design. • Deploy search functionality for multiple projects • Clearly and regularly communicate with project managers and technical support colleagues • Test and maintain analytics to ensure strong functionality and optimization • Deploy project for production.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
