Lead, motivate and train a team of personal bankers / relationship managers to drive the bank’s insurance sales
Deliver effective coaching to individuals for increased participation in insurance sales
Engage in joint field appointments with personal bankers for coaching purposes
Deliver financial planning presentations to large group of bankers
Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, independent and driven
Sales personnel with track records strongly preferred
Candidates with experience in leadership position or possess strong ability to influence and coach will be given priority
Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years insurance sales experience will be shortlisted
Possess the relevant accreditations (i.e. CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI)
Possess at least a university degree from a recognized institution

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
