Job Description
Senior Brand Manager (for FMCG industry)

Responsibilities:
  • Actively plan and implement initiatives to grow market share/category for the total product portfolio. 
  • Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products and distribution to improve profitability and sales of product. 
  • Manage the internal processes within the Company to support the implementation of agreed plans and initiatives. 
  • Work closely with Category Sales Development / Key Account Managers and take a proactive approach to ensure the delivery of agreed targets and plans. 
  • To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities
  • Formulate and implement marketing plan based on consumer research insights. 
  • Budgeting and control for brand's marketing activities 
  • Implement and track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team and strategic stakeholders  
Requirements:
  • University degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years in FMCG Brand Management 
  • Working knowledge of core Business Processes e.g. Integrated Commercial Planning, Monthly Business Planning, Innovation & Renovation Stage Gate Process, Benchmarking Internal Packaging 
  • Advanced understanding of Consumer, Market Intelligence sources, Competitive Landscape and Category trends 
  • Marketing & Sales/SBU Tools & Best Practices (Consumer Insight Generation & BBNW) 
  • Be able to set goals and use measurement methods to monitor progress towards goals alignment. 
  • Working knowledge of Competition Law 
  • Knowledge on ingredient and manufacturing process related to brands under care 
  • Passion for new knowledge, experiences and challenges. 
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic. 
  • Team player
