Job Description
Key Responsibilities 

The incumbent will be primarily involved in all HR and Administration related activities for Singapore. He / She will be supporting the local operations under the supervision of respective Leaders. 

Key activities might include: 

HR Operations & Compliances 
  • All compliance aspects related to HR as directed by MOM and other Singapore and Malaysia Government agencies 
  • Experience in the required HR Business Process Areas 
  • Partner with & Support the Talent Acquisition team and help fill open requisitions within the APAC geo. 
  • Ability to interact with leadership, other functions (like finance), vendor communication 
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of InfoCepts HR processes. 
  • Implement various HR programs, policies, processes etc. 
  • Liaison with the CHRO office and location business managers to drive the people agenda at a Geographic level. 
  • Understand Country specific labour regulations, market practice and customize to implement them into the InfoCepts system. 
  • Builds strong relationships and provides trusted advice to managers on the full range of HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning and talent development. 
  • Supports Market research & participate in Salary Benchmarking into emerging trends, issues and best practices 
Global Mobility 
  • Good knowledge in Singapore MOM guidelines and Keep organization posted on MOM guidelines 
  • Partner with our Global Mobility team to ensure international movement of resources based on business needs 
  • Apply for Business Visa, EP, DP, Long Term and Short Term Visit Pass 
  • Fix Appointments with MOM for EP, DP, Long Term and Short Term Visit Pass and help with card collection 
  • Help Singapore and Malaysia based associates to process visa for some other countries like USA, Australia, Malaysia, etc. 
General / Office Administration
  • Manage All Admin aspects of Singapore office Paperwork , Vendors/ Agents , Compliance etc.
  • Manage All aspects of Singapore and Malaysia Gust Houses Paperwork , Vendors/ Agents , Compliance etc.
  • Manage all corporate tie ups 
  • Support / Help / Advise Local Travels 
  • Manage Visits / Travel of Management Team 
  • Events – RETREAT / Quarterly Team Events / Monthly Team Events / Team Dinners / Monthly Birthday Celebrations / Monthly Townhall / Other unplanned events if any 
  • Manage Travel and Accommodation of Associates visiting Singapore and associates travelling outside of Singapore 
Others 
  • Ability to interact with IT support team clearly specifying the operations need and grasping the new changes implemented 
  • Ability to manage day to day operations of our Singapore office 
  • Expertise with Excel / PPT and good exposure to Strong reporting and MIS experience 
  • Employee training coordination organize training, interacting with service provider, applying grants in CITREP for eligible courses 
  • Manage end to end On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of Associates in Singapore ( EP / DP Cards, Bank Accounts, Insurance Cards) 
Required Experience & Background 
  • 2-4 years of experience in handling HR and General/Office Administration 
  • Experience within the IT/ITES industry is a distinct advantage 
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Prior experience of working in a start-up environment and an experience of developing HR processes and policies is preferred 
  • Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders 
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications 
  • Experience with Immigration Laws and local compliances is highly desired.
