Job Description
A plus to have SAP exposure and strong in Excel
• Min 6 years of regional FP&A exp gained with MNCs
• Strong on FP&A business partnering skills

Reporting to the Regional FD, you will support the management team in consolidation of reports for the region, budgeting, forecasting as well as variance analysis. You will also work closely with the in-country finance teams and be responsible for management and cash flow reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting, SG&A planning.

Key responsibilities:
• Work as a team with regional FP&A team members, lead/ drive the regional budgeting and forecasting processes including Mid-term forecast, Mid-term plan, budget as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly regional KPIs / performance measurement metrics
• Compile/prepare monthly regional reporting as well as monthly analysis of actual including narratives for variances
• Support regional business planning and forecasting process by developing tools and templates to facilitate data collection and analysis
• Do consolidation, analysis and reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and commercial spend. Ability to provide timely information and insights to the drivers of key variances
• Identify financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; and recommending actions to management
• Act as financial advisor and business partner, partner with Country finance and Commercial team to identify corrective actions to ensure business is on track
• Participate in projects and initiatives to drive process improvements, streamlining and automation
• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
• Design standardized financial reporting, assist to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting tools or templates
• Ability to identify and implement scenario analyses, cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies with adequate guidance
• Ensure financial policies and reporting comply with internal control system and standard operating procedures

Key requirements:
Degree Accounting, Finance, ACCA or equivalent
• Preferably with more than 6 years of experience
• Strong finance professional with proven track records in FP&A business partnering covering regional countries
• Strong business partner, communication skills and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem solving skills

• Independent, self-motivated and proactive profile
• Experience in MNC environment, able to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A plus to have SAP exposure and strong in Excel skillset
