 Job description -

• We are currently looking for a skilled recruiter who will lead a new vertical within Monster Singapore.

• This person will be responsible to build and lead a solution oriented service to our Enterprise/ Corporate clients

• You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates till interview stage

• The ideal candidate for this position would have a strong recruiter background, ideally within the IT and Banking/Financial Services space as you will be screening candidates across markets and vertical

• Having a strong candidate and customer network within the above desired industry is required

 Responsibilities will be broad in this role but will largely encompass:

• Pre-sales activity(along with sales team) to assess client needs and define scope of project and deliverables

• Providing credible and consultative advice and supporting the client during their sourcing and interview stage

• Responsible for complete delivery on project based sourcing

• Managing and reacting efficiently to volume recruitment (max. 5 projects at a time)

• Providing up-to-date salary/rate and market information and comparison data to clients

• Developing and delivering business plans and implementation strategies and ideas

• Implementing simple, effective and trackable record keeping and administration processes 

 Skills and experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of post-diploma/graduation experience at a reputed recruitment agency

• Considerable recruitment experience in IT/Banking & Financial Services industry

• Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume environment

• Used to working with metrics and to SLAs

• Strong understanding of recruitment process and best practice

• Demonstrable success in building lasting relationships at all levels

• Proficient English language skills along with Mandarin is beneficial
