Position: Senior Sourcing Manager
Responsible for the development of category strategy and
action plans to achieve financial targets, secure capacity and conduct
professional commercial negotiations according to best practice sourcing
principles. Develop qualification plans
in accordance with agreed guidelines as well as negotiate for master framework
Lead Contract Manufacturing sourcing activities and
strong leadership skill to work with cross functional team
Responsible for overall Contract Manufacturing strategy
and cost budget
Able to analyze the market dynamic timely, and
communicate the pricing and allocation strategy to top management
Lead Contract Manufacturing monthly / quarterly / yearly
pricing negotiation, volume allocation and contract negotiation
Manage the MFA contract (Master Framework Agreement)
with all the Contract Manufacturing suppliers
Manage complexity of monthly demand/supply requirement together
with supply chain team
Responsible to prepare the supply pipeline to satisfy
the need of company expansion, including unforeseen upside
8 or more years in strategic sourcing/procurement role
and with min 5 years as Sourcing / Procurement manager
Degree holder in Engineering or Supply Chain
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations with
experience of problem solving and leadership
Good Contract management skill set
Strong negotiation skill in commercial term and strong
Self starter with proactive attitude
Excellent in presentation skill
Technical sourcing and engineering experience preferred.
Commodity sourcing experience in Copper, Stainless steel is highly preferred.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (for communication
with China / Taiwan suppliers whom sometimes communicate in Mandarin)

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
