To provide pre-sales support to deal pursuit opportunities on Hyland OnBase technical and business workflow capability.
Design and create and present the customer demonstrations of Hyland Onbase as required for the sales cycle
To design, create, and install the customer's confirmed Hyland OnBase requirements as specified in the signed SOW
To scope and deliver the Hyland OnBase requirements for the customer Change Requests as needed.
Provide the necessary technical leadership, education and coaching to the Account Management and deal pursuit teams throughout all phases of the sales cycle, from account selection, initial engagement & qualification to assessing a customer's current state, creating winning solution designs and building compelling business cases which result in deal closure.
Work in a customer facing capacity to support the deal pursuit salesperson in a pre-sales technical and workflow capacity.
Provide technical Hyland Onbase and business workflow solutioning advice and guidance into deal pursuit opportunities.
Design, create, and present customer demonstrations on Hyland OnBase as required for deal pursuit opportunities.
Create and present documentation of customer Hyland Onbase solutioning for internal stakeholders (e.g. DGP process) and customers.
Responsible for the solutioning and installation of the customer project as detailed in the signed SOW.
Adherence to the Company approved policies (e.g. SDLC) and project implementation cycle as guided by the Project Manager.
Provide Level 2 support as determined by the customer needs.
Manages the Level 3 Support process with the Vendor.
Scope and deliver customer change requests as requested.
To actively work with Business Unit offering development, deal pursuit and operational teams to provide leadership and input into developing Hyland Onbase Solutions and Services
Provide the necessary leadership, on the job coaching and mentoring to the deal pursuit engagement team throughout all deal pursuit phases
10 years working experience in the B2B Technology Services sector
Minimum of 5 years' direct experience in a customer facing role delivering Solution Architecture and/or Business Technology change projects.
Well-developed business process analytical skills
Strong people skills with the ability to work in virtual teams across multiple countries and cultures.
Direct experience of outsourcing projects within the B2B Technology Services sector and a deep understanding of the strategic, operational and financial impact of these outsourcing projects.
Possess the necessary communication skills and ability to lead, coach, mentor, influence all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
Internationally recognised undergraduate Degree in a Technology related study
Hyland Onbase technical expertise with Certified Installer qualification
Experience of working for a vendor in the Enterprise Content Management sector
Vendor experience using technology as the enabler for business transformation
MBA or similar post graduate business qualification
