Job Description:
Store Operation Management and budgeting
Inventory control, VMD
Guild and motivate employees to achieve shop and personal sales target
Formulate an effective category sales composition program, rational distribution of individual sales targets
Analyze shop sales and develop effective programs based on current and historical data
Creating sales report and liaise with Japanese management
Customer training and development
Train and guild employees to obtain professional, full product knowledge and sales skills
Timely guidance of staff to enhance staff performance

Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years of working experience in Fashion retail
Interested in fashion industry with passion to grow and learn
Attention to detail, good at encouraging team and personnel training and pay attention to teamwork
Familiar with local market, good at grasping business opportunities
Leadership, responsible and flexible
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented person
Able to go to Japan for training
