Responsibilities 
  • Core functions: 
    • Drive Usage, Sales, and Experience (U.S.E.) analytics in the digital consumer businesses through identifying business challenges, structuring analyses and interpreting data to solve these challenges
    • Advise senior digital leaders and drive changes through data to improve business performance including increasing revenue, reducing costs, and engaging customers
    • Drive business impact-driven application and usage of data from marketing technology tools
    • Manage data access for digital bank, embedding the usage of data and data-based decisions by the business
  • Manage a team and diverse stakeholders across countries, interacting heavily with trusted partners in consumer marketing, customer experience, product, data technology, technology delivery, strategy, and finance
  • This role is based in Singapore and works across all core DBS markets

Requirements   
  • Minimum 10 years work experience
  • Strong analytics capabilities, can make sense of large sets of data, provide analytics insight and imagination, generate insights to improve the business, and strive for impact
  • Strong interpersonal relationship capabilities, crisp communicator, people leadership skills to drive this function though the organisation across the core markets
  • Hands on and open minded to solve things for the first time; patience for details, ability to structure, define and execute data analysis to solve complex business challenges, and manage timely delivery
  • Deep understanding of statistics, statistical methods, and can apply these. Ability to translate complex analysis through clear, simple communication which any internal partner can understand and engage in
  • Understanding of:
  • Technology tools especially those related to digital analytics
  • Product, finance and economics
  • Results: usage, sales (acquisition and revenue) and customer experience
  • Customer psychology, behaviour and qualitative observation
  • Well loved by teams for leadership, wants to be part of a team who outputs far more than their or capacity suggests
  • Demonstration of commitment to roles, staying through multiple phases to explore, evolve roles, and show consistent impact
  • References and proven record in creating close, trusted, mutually supportive teams
