Work independently or as part of a team to setup logistics and technical data flows.
Collect and analyze business requirements, partner with key stakeholders to troubleshoot, and resolve data issues in the supply chain. Interface with contract manufacturers to setup logistics and technical data flows via Secure FTP.
Track issues through incident support tickets. Provide feedback to stakeholders on issue status, and issue resolution/closure.
Implement projects in accordance to the company standards, procedure and methodology.
