Produce high quality technical solution proposal for all pre-sales and bid activities as part of tender submission deliverables for the business unit (BU) represented
Detailed technical requirements analysis with potential clients and performing site survey as part of pre-sales activity when required
Keeping abreast of new technologies and industry development especially on NG wireless technologies
Collaborate with internal technical and solution teams to craft innovative solutions meeting clients business needs
Participate in technical discussions and engagements with internal and external stakeholders
Interfacing with internal stakeholders across multiple BUs in support of bid and/or pre-sales activities as a technical SME
To innovate and craft technical solutions in aid of tender specifications and requirements to assist the BU during deal pursuit
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent
3 years or more technical pre-sales consultancy experience crafting complex technical solution proposals to enterprise clients with good business acumen
Mandatory to have sound experience in deployment of large scale wireless network and experienced in structured cabling especially in complex environment
Proficient in knowledge of internet routing protocols and technologies
Intermediate or higher experience in security architecture and management of UTM appliances
Proficient in knowledge of managing networks and system architecture of large scale multi-vendor infrastructure comprising of network routers, switches, tools and appliances, Linux & Windows servers, virtual machines, SAN, cloud services and technologies
Proficient in knowledge of system architecture on proxy, LDAP, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, and OSS tools
Technical certifications such as CCNP/CCDP, CWNA/CWNP, CISSP, and any other equivalent certifications

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
