Test Manager will be performing specifically for the Test and Security Management Team. The Test Manager will be workinng very closely with the clients across many industries. Responisble for working collaboratively in the team to successfully ensure the project’s delivery.
Minimum 5 years of experience in large testing projects as Test Manager.
Experience in preparing Test Strategy, test plan, Review of test cases, test status reporting.
Experience in Quality assurance processes and tools like HP ALM, JIRA etc.
Proven experience in the areas of End to End test management, governance, and strategy management.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
