Job Description
  • Responsible for user interaction design of the payment products and payment channels for Southeast Asia markets and partners
  • Discover insight, identify customer pain points and incorporate those findings into user experience design. Highly focus on customer experience that helps differentiate product from competitors.
  • Collaborate with product managers on end-to-end product development cycle: product planning, prototyping with wireframe and user flow, mock-up creation, design development and iteration.
  • Participate in creating, maintaining and applying design guideline and templates.
  • Understand user mindset and behavior thru research, observation, data-mining and E2E testing. Engineer and deliver frictionless and relevant payment experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for usability and design internally and externally, and as the primary design contact for queries related to payment channels and user experience.
  • Manage partner and customer relationship in any design related engagement.
  • Understand, define and track product performance metric. Continue provide feedback to improve customer experience and payment performance

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in interaction design, industrial design, computer science, psychology, human factor or equivalent education or experience.
  • 5+ years of interaction design experience in Internet products or financial products.
  • Experience in conducting design research, conceptual validation and usability testing and able to translate research findings into tangible designs
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration skill and ability to make compelling and clear design presentations for varied audiences
  • Having a keen eye on the design trends, front-edge technologies and designs.
  • Good understanding on ecommerce, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in Southeast Asia markets
  • Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels or payment services.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is required. Living or working aboard experience will be preferred.
