A growing boutique private bank with regional presence is looking to continue their AUM acquisition in Singapore. Whilst working on improving their overall customer experience, they are looking to develop frontier and market leading digital/technology emerging strategy in partnership with their Technology function.
Reporting to the business head(COO), you will drive the strategic agenda for the digital, technology and innovation for the private bank. The role has the opportunity to influence the change platform within technology whilst developing best market practice in the bank. As a senior member in the new business committee, you will represent the business to provide advisory to senior stakeholders in the bank and region.
You are technology/computing degree qualified with relevant strategy/consulting/digital and innovation experience. You are an entrepreuner, creative with strong analytical skills, integrity, commercial judgement and excellent communication and presentation skills. You are resourceful and has good connections with reliable fintech companies to provide solutions. Problem-solving skills will be imperative.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
