Operations Role
• Provides Tier 2 operations support for managed wireless service
• Supports end to end incident management and fault escalations
• Manages and coordinates with on-site field engineer and vendors for fault resolution
• Proactively monitor and investigates all infrastructure alarms as needed
• Provide technical and process guidance to Tier 1 and Service Desk operations team as needed
Implementation Role
• Supports managed wireless infrastructure maintenance activities
• Supports customer onboarding provisioning activities and coordinates with on-site field engineer and/or 3rd party vendors as part of service delivery process
• Provides project implementation and customer UAT support and compiling all systems baseline performance report as part of customer UAT deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in supporting deployment of or operating large scale wireless network and structured cabling especially in complex environment
• Proficient in knowledge of internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, OSFP, BGP, MPLS/VPN, GRE/IPSEC, D/QoS
• Fundamental experience in configuring and maintaining enterprise grade UTM appliances such as firewalls and its security features of IPS, IDS, DPI, AV, Anti-Spoof, DoS/DDoS etc.
• Fundamental experience in managing networks and system architecture of large scale multi-vendor infrastructure comprising of network routers, switches, tools and appliances, Linux & Windows servers, virtual machines, SAN, cloud services and technologies
• Fundamental experience in system architecture on proxy, LDAP, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, and OSS tools
• Relevant technical certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CWNA/CWNP, CDCP, VCP, RHCSA and any other equivalent certifications
