Course Synopsis

Through this course, participants will be introduced to how design thinking tools and techniques can be used to deliver better services.

Participants will also learn about the strategies to help companies design and integrate service experience to better address issues related customer engagement, purchase, and loyalty on his/her journey across the digital and physical expanse.

Participants will learn to:

  • Use design thinking tools and techniques for better service design

  • Conduct user research to understand needs of customers and the business

  • Use customer journey frameworks to design and communicate services
