  • 根據數據中心流程規範,執行日常工作計劃,維護據中心正常運作
  • 處理客戶從支援系統,電話及電子郵件所發出的請求
  • 執行故障排解,問題分析和報告故障

  • 中學畢業或以上,曾修讀資訊或通訊科技相關課程者優先
  • 曾任職於數據中心
  • 一般中文及英文應用水平
  • 主動, 積極學習,有強烈責任心
  • 需輪班工作
