Business Process (As-is, To-be) - Understanding of current processes and impacted business operations; mapping current state against future state processes
Fit Gap analysis
Delivering CRP workshop – High level gap identification of As-Is and To-Be
Assist in CRP delivery – Help align business on process and solution open issues and liaison.
Blueprint Update, Review and Approval
Business impact assessment – As-Is To Be Analysis ; Fit Gap Assessment
External Communication Support - Vendor Communication forum and workshop
Internal Communication Support - Business Change Management
Training – TTT & EUT – including materials preparation and delivery, including both SSC and Store level training > 1000 users. The Business Analyst (B.A) also take care of the legacy systems and SOP training should there be any changes. (For the system demo part of Training, the B.A partners with the functional team and external partners. BPO will talk through the business Scenario while the functional team help with system demo.)
UAT – define the testing scenarios and obtain sign-off from super users. Also will be on-site to provide guidance and support to the business users during UAT.
Data Conversion – provide help and guidance to end user on data conversion decision.
Cutover and Pilot – work with project team and business to work on various cutover activities (e.g. work on cutover strategy and timeline, stock buffering and planning, promotion period planning, POG readiness etc.)
Business Initiatives – The B.A helps to define and capture country specific business and operation's considerations during each country implementation

B.A is also involved in the following BAU tasks:
BAU Change request review and escalation
BAU issue resolution with DFSC – IT support
5+ years’ experience in a Deployment / Business Analyst role
Solid experience in defining and documenting Business Processes
Testing experience – covering triage, defect management and communication
An ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams at all levels
Demonstration of working in a matrix team - sharing knowledge
Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English
Retail experience is desirable
Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
