Our Client, a leading healthcare group is looking for a 2 Year Contract Group HR Executive (Compensation & Benefit) to join their team!Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and implement C&B programmes including annual salary review and bonus exercise, annual performance appraisal exercise, Collective Agreement renewal, benefits review etc.
  • Participate in salary surveys, conduct analysis and benchmarking to determine salary competitiveness
  • Participate in cluster-level workgroups focused on C&B initiatives (e.g. Salary Review Workgroup, Compensation Review Taskforce etc.)
  • Research and analyse information on compensation statistics, market sentiments and economic indicators to support C&B strategies and initiatives
  • Assess budgetary impact of C&B decisions and prepare budget assumptions and projections for submission to Finance
  • Act as point of contact between other external parties and NHG institutions for C&B related matters
  • Keep abreast of local C&B best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance
  • Ensure HR policies are updated and aligned with changes to C&B programmes
  • Provide consultative support and work with various institutions under the NHG Group to roll out C&B programmes
  • Participate in Group level workgroups/projects where C&B expertise is required
  • Other ad-hoc HR projects and activities at the Group HR level as required


Requirements:
  • Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant working experience in the area of HR Operations / Compensation and Benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
Other Information:
  • Location: One North
  • Salary: Basic up to $4,400 (Basic salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days
