Provide chauffeuring support to a senior management member
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the car on a daily basis
Ensure safety requirements of car are met
Perform any other duties as required
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6.30pm
May need to start work early on some days
May require to work on weekends and public holidays
Up to $2400 (Based on experience)
5 months contract (renewable based on performance)
Possess valid Class 3 driving license
Good driving record
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Very familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks
Willingness to work overtime at short notice
Able to standby to work on weekends or public holidays
Responsible, punctual and honest

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
