  Job Description
  Principal Job Functions

 Plan and implement any changes made to access management applications.

 Manage the ongoing operations support for access management applications.

 Perform monitoring to ensure smooth operations of the applications.

 Respond to and resolve any issues or incident tickets raised on the operations of the applications.

Prerequisites

 3+ years working in security operations, preferably with identity and access management experience.

 Experience in the banking industry will be an advantage.

 Technical knowledge of various operating systems (Windows/Linux), Active Directory and web technologies.

 Technical knowledge of encryption and authentication methods such as digital certificates, SSL, SAML, ADFS and LDAP.

 Certifications from GIAC, (ISC)² are preferred.

 Non-technical skills:

o Be performance oriented; always try to excel past achievements

o Able to work under pressure during critical situations

o Able to communicate effectively and collaborate well with other technology teams.
