John Clements Consultants, Inc. is looking for an Account Executive to work for a multinational company which is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of medical devices and supplies and is supporting over 160 countries globally.

Job Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree (Medical/Business related) from a University.
  • Minimum of 1-year previous experience in providing Sales position.
  • Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interact confidently with customers and be able to provide training on equipment and products.
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / Powerpoint.
  • Willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
  • Good project management skills and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Good team player capable of delivering results under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • A positive can do enthusiastic attitude towards addressing client objection.
  • MUST BE WILLING to do field work all over North Luzon - Pangasinan up to the very North Area (Tuguegarao and more)



Job Objectives:
As an Account Executive, your objectives are:
  • Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
  • Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients.
  • Increase share of each market sector.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase.
  • Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Business Development Executive.


Duties and Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be:
  • Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
  • Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients
  • Increase share of each market sector
  • Research and Database
  • Maintain an accurate and current database
  • Identify and develop sources of potential clients
  • Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
  • Maintain regular contact with Key Clients
  • Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both clients
  • Overcome client resistance/objections to products
  • Report to Business Development Executive of client feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance
  • Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
  • Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director
  • Match appropriate products to clients requirements.
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points, and benefits
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of products
  • Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities
  • Plan diary to make effective use of working day
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients
  • Handle correspondence related to all selling activities
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • Represent in a professional manner at all times
  • Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures
