Job Description

The client created a timeless collection of furniture that is designed by US and customized by the their client.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain invoice and customer information in the database

• Perform basic accounting (reconciliation & bookkeeping)

• Manage customer inquiries & disputes

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Xero certified experienced

• Very strong English speaking and writing skills

• Works well independently

• Strong administrative support skills

• Strong online research skills

• Experience with email management

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - Au time

• Amenable to start immediately
