Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To conduct monthly review of Interested Person Transactions ("IPT") of the Group in accordance to Group’s policies and SGX Listing Manual. Summarise and highlight discrepancies or issues to Finance Manager before reporting to Management and Audit Committee
  • To conduct control assessments, assist in review of internal controls, analyze and follow-up on issues and assist Business units to ensure that root causes are identified and corrective actions are taken to prevent repeat audit findings
  • To perform data analytics to facilitate continuous controls monitoring
  • To assist in the review and validation of Control Self-Assessment ("CSA") project of the Group
  • To assist in general accounting functions includes financial and management accounting, statutory and internal reporting
  • To assist in the review of year end questionnaires
  • To assist in other adhoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance or ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in compliance or audit function
  • Able to work independently or within a team and liaise with management of subsidiaries and Head of Department
  • Possess strong analytical abilities, good interpersonal and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Some overseas travel may be required
