  • Be expected to be able to think on your feet and cut right to the crux of the numerous challenges we frequently face, and ultimately come up with solutions to them. 
  • Provide considerable input on our digital marketing initiatives which tie back to our acquisition strategies. 
  • Contribute to content marketing campaigns that generate awareness and understanding of our product. 
  • Liaise and coordinate regularly with representatives of different company teams to develop and launch complex product features or services. 
  • Speak to external stakeholders and organisations of varying s to come up with win-win collaborations that generate results tied to our team’s objectives. 
  • Extract relevant data required for performance analysis so that you can constantly make logical, data-guided decisions. 
  • Ultimately have your fingers in numerous pies, so being able to multi-task well and compartmentalise is part and parcel of your job. 

  • A nuanced understanding of both the Singaporean driver and commuter mindset, and the transport landscape as a whole. 
  • Spent a reasonable amount of time working in a start-up or highly fluid work environment that required you to get your hands dirty to get stuff done. 
  • A year or more of people management experience and a proven track record in pushing people to achieve stretch targets. 
  • Spent a year or more in a Sales or Business Development role that required stakeholder management, contract negotiations and closing of agreements. 
  • Spent a year or more in a Marketing or related role, planning and launching digital campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Adwords, YouTube etc. 
  • Produced or at least contributed to generating and releasing online/offline content that drove awareness and/or conversions 
  • Collectively, at least 4 to 5 years working experience in roles relevant to this position. 
  • The ability to interface effectively with colleagues of varying nationalities and backgrounds across different company teams, and be able to exert influence when required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A good command of your Mother Tongue definitely helps too. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Google Work suite. 
  • Almost extreme attention to detail and the ability to catch errors big or small.
