Principal Job Functions

Responsible for supporting Active Directory and Microsoft O365 and Mobility service for desktops and mobile service

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of active directory authentication domains and end to end authentication services, AD federated service, AADC, Microsoft O365 service (Exchange, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams), Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Windows security and related technology, mobile device management (MDM) /mobile application management (MAM)
  • Level 3 support for Active Directory services, Microsoft O365 service and Blackberry UEM and Microsoft Intune services
  • Standardization and Manage Group Policy objects across the enterprise.
  • Perform systems maintenance, monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and application logs.
  • Create and maintain system documentation for AD/O365/MDM technologies, including installation, configurations and root cause analysis.
  • Scripting and automations
  • Maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes to the platforms to assist with user change management.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution.


l Minimum 5 years of Microsoft infrastructure deployment and support experience
  • Deep knowledge of active directory, ADFS, Azure AD and directory synchronizations.
  • Experience with Azure AD user management both for Office 365 and third-party services.
  • Advanced skills using PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Teams/Groups/Video/Delve/Power BI.
  • Experience in handing the E-mail gateway, Office 365 and Active directory
  • Knowledge of mobile device management technology preferably Blackberry and Microsoft Intune solution

l Able to work shift and providing 24X7 systems support and implementation, include regional support.
  • Strong knowledge on scripting, network and system
  • Must be solutions oriented; ability to work with all levels of management and staff; must have strong organization skills and is performance oriented
  • Able to work independently and as a team

l English speaking and process good interpersonal and communication skills.
