Responsibilities:

• Carry out office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, and conduct research.

• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

• Managing request for booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

• Organize travel arrangement (booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations).

• Screening phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.

• Greet and assist visitors.

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

• Performs all other related and compatible duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in related field

• Fluent in Mandarin

• Excellent computer skills, especially typing

• Attention to detail

• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Proficient in MS Office
