Job Description


Our client is a well-known hotel management company is now inviting an Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Offer executive administrative services including managing correspondence on behalf of the Chairman, transcribing and other administrative services as required
  • Manage the dynamic schedule for business trips, internal meetings, external function and meetings
  • Plan, organize and coordinate travels to destinations worldwide, including itinerary planning, travelling arrangement, visa application and other materials
  • Prepare progress reports, business correspondence proposals, business letters, memorandum and minutes writing
  • Manage information flow and dissemination, task delegation, progress facilitation, project follow through and timely communication with senior management
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure business confidentiality at all times


Requirements
  • 3-5 years solid secretarial and administrative experience in able company
  • Internet and technology savvy
  • Pleasant personality with good EQ
  • High self-initiative and self-motivation ; strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and track projects
