Up to S$2.3K or Higher + AWS + Good Bonus!!
US Medical MNC/ Tuas (Islandwide Transport) / Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm


Developmental Role with Progressive Grooming and Promotions (based on performance)
Provide administrative and coordination support to Engineering Project Team

Our client is one of the global leading manufacturers in the medical industry that are looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as an Admin Assistant.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform administrative and coordination duties to support the Project Team.
  • Provide full support to multiple projects concurrently to the team.
  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Perform data mining and data analysis on material master data in SAP to ensure data accuracy.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties given by engineer.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. NITEC in any discipline.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant administrative working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge in SAP not a must but will be advantageous.
  • Possess good learning attitude and communication skills.
OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Location : Tuas (Transport Provided at Islandwide Locations)
  • Working days : Mon - Fri / 8am - 5pm
  • Salary : Up to S$2.3K / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
