Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties
  • Performing data entry into system
  • Checking and filing of documents
  • Arranging meetings schedule and booking of meeting rooms
  • Ordering of stationaries
  • Assist in logistics or marketing events
  • Raising PO/PR in Ariba

Key Requirements
  • A Levels, Diploma or Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Administrative experience required
  • Knowledge in Ariba is highly advantageous
