WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?

The Admin and Collections Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires accurate and efficient data maintenance and direct communication with the clients customers.

WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Actioning emails received within Customer Care and Credit Repair inboxes
  • Ensuring clients emails are responded to in a timely manner
  • Manage customer inboxes to comply with company standards
  • Following up on required client documentation, such as Privacy Consent Forms or other required documentation
  • Assist in client file management, ensuring follow ups are accurately monitored and documented in the system
  • Data entry
  • Suggest recommendations for process and workflow improvement to increase efficiency
  • Highlighting urgent matters to Management (i.e. any dissatisfaction emails from clients, complaints, disputes)
  • Following up correspondence and communications made with other departments or internally with staff
  • Any other tasks or roles as directed by Management
  • Ensure client inboxes are accurately maintained and actioned within 24 hours
  • Call backs need to be actioned immediately
  • Assisting in file management to be carried out as required
  • Urgent matters (dissatisfaction emails from clients, complaints, disputes) to be raised with Management asap
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Maintain Privacy and confidentiality of data
  • Other performance targets as determined by management from time to time


WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
  • Minimun 5 years of Credit Management, Collections, and Admin experience
  • Must have knowledge and experience using any CRM tools
  • Excellent Communications Skills both Written and Verbal
  • Extremely high attention to details is a must
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
