Our Client is one of the well-known financial institutions that is over 80 years and has built the business upon serving the ever-changing needs of people in Singapore. They are inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Admin Coordinator.

  • Perform administrative duties including answering phone calls, handling enquires etc.
  • Maintaining calendar schedules, meetings and trainings
  • Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings and trainings
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Able to handle stress and work under time pressure.

  • Location : Tampines
  • Working days : 5 Days, 8.30am 5.30pm
  • Salary : S$2,000 Higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
