Job Description :
  • Up to S$3700 + bonus + increment
  • Location: East
  • 5 days, office hours

Our Client, one of the biggest vacation exchange company in the world, is looking for a Japanese-speaking Admin Executive to provide service support to their Japanese-speaking clients and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle inbound calls from Japanese speaking clients and vacation sites and conduct outgoing calls to follow-up
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service to leave a professional image and enhance Companys branding
  • Listen and identify customer needs, expectations and issues
  • Process member account transactions with data accuracy into in-house system
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay abreast of Company directions, projects and development.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
  • High proficiency of Japanese language in a formal/ business setting to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of sales/ service experience from tourism sector/ call center environment preferred


OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Location : East
  • Working days : 5 days: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
  • Salary : Up to $3,700 or higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
