Job Description
  • Permanent/Contract
  • Up to $2600 + AWS + VB
  • Harrison Road/Sin Ming/Paya Lebar/Jurong East
  • Monday to Friday 8am 5.45pm


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparation of project documents for update to operations for costing and billing purposes
  • Assist operations in submission of billing advice for timely invoicing
  • Generate operation reports
  • Facilitate submission of administrative reports (eg: statistics survey)
  • Assist in filling/scanning of documents
  • Handle partial set of Accounts
  • Billing Management
  • Monitoring and tracking of Over & Above payment charges
  • Process payment
  • Petty cash management
  • Compile Monthly / Sales Report


Salary:
  • $1800 - $2600 + AWS + VB


Location:
  • Harrison Road/Sin Ming/Paya Lebar/Jurong East


Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday 8am 5.45pm


Requirements:
  • Min Olevel/Diploma in any discipline, at least 2 years similar working experience
  • Experienced candidates with the right aptitude will be considered
  • Possess relevant job experience in documentation and administrative tasks especially for projects
  • Meticulous and attentive with details
  • Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage
  • Service oriented and team player with good EQ in managing internal/external parties, timelines
  • Experience in accounting will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Organised, meticulous, independent and resourceful
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and managers in the company
  • Provide sales delivery and billing administrative support to department
  • Maintain and update companys centralized document and record filing systems which includes service report, PR, Capex, Asset records, HR matters, classified documents
  • Managing company asset including record, asset labelling and tracking, stationary and office equipment
