  • Provide administrative support to team members, companymanagement tasks
  • Be responsible for the service delivery of the HR operationalactivities and ensure that procedures are followed in a timelyand efficient manner. This includes Employee e-files, visa andrelocation administration, rental reimbursement, internshipprogramme support
  • Manage visa application and renewal process with externalvendor
  • Handle daily administrative works including data entry, preparepetty cash record, and filing, etc; perform receptionist dutiessuch as answering calls and greeting guests

  • Tertiary education; minimum 1 year experience in administrative
  • Strong organizing and mulit-tasking skills, and able to meetdeadline with a tight schedule. Independent, pro-active,responsible and professional attitude at work
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (N2 or above);proficient in PC knowledge (Such as Word, Excel and ChineseWord processing)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred; fresh graduate arewelcomed
