Job Description
  • Preferably Diploma graduates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in handling full spectrum of accounting and/or administrative work 
  • Good IT skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, to assist in presentations and reports 
  • Able to commit to a 6 mth contract (renewable for a good performer) 


Our client is a renowned and global Financial Institution. It is looking to fill an Admin Support role supporting Accounting Consolidation (Contract role for 6 months) . For a good performer, there will be a chance of renewal after 6 mths. There is also a completion bonus of 1 month at the end of 6 mths for a good performer.

Work 

Accounting & administrative work
  • Support Consolidation team (about 7 persons) on day-to-day and year-end accounting work including:- 
  • Assist in preparation of power point presentations 
  • Track and monitor reporting deliverables from subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures 
  • Coordinate audit process and logistics 
  • Other basic accounting support 
  • Candidate may be required to support other teams within the Accounting department 


Functional support for Accounting department
  • Support in coordinating meetings with internal and external parties 
  • Assist with administrative work including photocopying, printing, binding, sending out courier, collect mail and general ad-hoc duties 
  • Make travel arrangement & logistics preparation for overseas trips and complete the claims post trip for the team 
  • Manages calendar for the team 
  • Manages contact list for Portfolio Companies

  • Pro-active and able to work in a fast-pace environment 
  • Pleasant personality and able to multi-task 
  • Able to manage schedules and help support the entire team 
  • Strong team player - must be able to work with the other PA/secretaries in the organisation 


Requirements
  • Preferably Diploma graduates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in handling full spectrum of accounting and/or administrative work 
  • Fresh Diploma graduates with good learning attitude will also be considered 
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Good IT skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, to assist in presentations and reports 
  • Must be able to think analytically and work independently with minimal instructions/guidance given 
  • Attention to details and able to work overtime to complete tasks
