Job Description
You will be responsible for providing general support for all office operations and administration, as well as involvement in client, candidate and third-party liaison when necessary. Your passion for working with information and high attention to detail will be enhanced through the management of various databases, ensuring the integrity of data is well maintained.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Directors provide general support on admin/office operation and accounting matters when necessary
  • Provide general support and assistance to consultants with business tasks
  • Ensure smooth operations within the office environment
  • Responsible for keeping personnel files up to date and well organized
  • Make sure the database is updated and maintained properly
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, candidates and suppliers when necessary
  • Keeping MPF, insurance and licenses policies up to date and negotiating the best packages on this front
  • Work as part of the team to ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved
  • Arranging Directors’ business travel and itineraries — including visa applications, and flight, accommodation and transfer bookings
  • Assist in the management of social media platforms
  • Any additional ad hoc duties as and when required


Experience/Skills required:
  • Experience in general administration involving customer services dealing with individuals at all levels
  • Experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage and meet expectations
  • Highly organized, efficient and responsible
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Degree or Matriculation in Business Administration preferred
