Section 1 : DS Operations
Support the Agent onboarding process with due diligence checking and follow-ups
Follow up on Agent termination process
Assist with setting up agent's personal file
Section 2 : Compensation and campaign tracking
Assist to download data and reports for compensation and campaign tracking
Section 3 : Request from policyholders on change of servicing agents
Assist to check signature, follow up with agents on client's requests etc.
Key Expected Learning Outcomes: Have a good understand of the following:-
Overall understanding and quick overview of the services supported by Distribution Support department in AIA
The Life cycle of an agent in AIA, ie, from Agent onboarding process to production tracking to the termination process
Learn to manage data and track agents' incentives
Learn and understand the various processes in DS
Need to be meticulous and a curious mind to learn new processes.
Need to have good Excel skills to manage data
Prefer someone with macro skills to help us automate some of process improvement areas.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
